What we do and do not do

We license software to businesses, which run it on their own servers. We do not host, store, supply or transmit any channel, video or other content: each customer chooses the content of their own service and is responsible for holding the rights to it.

Where to write

Send reports to [email protected].

What a report needs

  1. Your name, company and contact details, and on whose behalf you write.
  2. The work concerned, and how you hold or represent the rights to it.
  3. Where the content is offered: the service's name or web address, the app, the channel or title, and when you saw it.
  4. Why the use is not allowed.
  5. A statement that the information in the report is accurate and given in good faith.

What happens next

  1. We confirm that we received the report.
  2. We check whether the service runs our software under one of our licences.
  3. If it does, we forward the report to that customer and ask them to act on it.
  4. If the customer does not resolve it, or the case is clearly unlawful, we may suspend their licence under our acceptable use policy.
  5. Where we can, we tell you what we did.

When we forward a report, we leave out your personal contact details unless you agree or the customer needs them to answer you.
